When I checked in I was told that there was a charge for parking overnight. I showed the receptionist my booking confirmation that showed free parking. He was adamant that I would have to take that up with Holiday Extras as the hotel charges. I asked to speak to a manager who confirmed my booking included parking. After I had explained the difficulties I had had that morning with my flight being cancelled and having to find another hotel he offered me free parking until I returned from our break.
