I was very impressed with the ease of drop off and collection and would have given 5 stars. However when the car was driven from the secure parking back to the airport, a distance of less than 2 miles, my black box registered a bad score for dangerous driving. This results in a black mark from the insurance company- which can mean that my insurance is cancelled. In the space of 1.46 miles - a 5 minute journey, the driver racked up 18 unsafe/dangerous driving feedbacks. Really disappointed with this.
