Overall a very efficient service, especially on return - late at night, a full bus and yet the cheerful staff member sorted out all car keys very quickly. I found the notice at the stop at Terminal 5 curious - it said that there was a 30 minute service right up to 11.45 (i.e. no need to call, one would think), and yet it said to 'phone on the 'out of hours' number if after 10 pm - no matter, the bus arrived and all was well, but nevertheless a somewhat confusing notice.
