I found speaking to a person nearly impossible, sometimes things are more complex than a text can take or I can handle texting. The people on the end of the text whilst polite could not understand my issue and it was difficult to get them to understand. I have ended up with a voucher! I have no idea how to use this or in fact where it actually is or what it is for, I feel another long texting coming on, o my poor fingers¬¬¬
Please let us speak to a person in person it really would increase your rating.
