The lounge was great but i had one when trying to charge my phone. I was put a table by the window next to a socket, however my charger plug would not fit as it was so close to the floor, when i asked to move for a different charge i was told that the soft comfy seats where for business class passengers only. I had a ask to sit there for a sort time to charge my phone but was able to stay for the duration. I did not see in the in blurb for the booking that i would not have access to this area and think if this is the case, even if i missed it, it should be made clear. The hot food was not really for me so i had a roll and salad, maybe offer an all day breakfast as an option. I took out the insurance for delayed flight but as my flight just kept saying gate opens later than the flight should have gone did not say delayed i didn't know if i could stay longer or not.
