I have used this company before with no problems encountered however this time my number plate was not recognised by the camera at the entrance to parking at E.M.A.. I contacted the parking authorities and was told that the parking had been cancelled for 23-08-2023 and was now from 24-08-2023 even though I had an invoice to the contrary, and would have to pay for an extra day. This was stressful as I now wondered if my booking at the Leonardo Hotel was for the correct date, however this proved to be OK and I recommend the hotel for the meals and cleanliness and proximity to departures at the airport. Whether I receive a refund I have yet to discover.
