Arrived at long stay parking no numberplate recognition despite giving this in advance of travel. Pressed button to speak to someone who eventually found booking and told me to take a ticket. At exit machine asked me to pay £230! Yet more hassle!
At Radisson Blue we paid for dinner and drinks as we spent so we could get a quick check out at 03:30 the following day as we had to be at airport security by 04:00. Next morning they said they had no record of us paying. After logging on to mobile banking we were able to prove we had already paid our restaurant and bar bills. Not a great start to the day.
Furthermore the quality of food and the service was the worst I have ever received at a Radisson Blue.
