The meet and greet at the Birmingham airport on arrival went ok. However, on our return we experienced problems with the car. It was absolutely filthy. We were only away for 7 days but the car was covered in dust and dirt and the inside drivers side was coated with mud on the floor. I suggest that Holiday Extras review their due diligence process when selecting car park providers especially the locations where the vehicles are held. I will look for an alternative on my next trip.
