Booked Meet and Greet at T2 Heathrow, rang MBW when 30 minutes away but there was no one on the desk when we arrived and had to ring twice more, waited 30 minutes more to hand keys over.
Excellent service on return though, rang after baggage claim and car was returned to desk 20 minutes later. Used there Executive Car Wash service and was very pleased with the result.
