We usually book airport parking with Holiday Extras and are not usually disappointed. However, on this occasion there was only 1 bus operating from the car park to the airport terminal so it meant a build of people standing waiting at the bus stop and worrying about missing their flight.
Hopefully this was a one-off as the service is normally efficient and issue free.
