Booked return private transfers from / to Los Angeles airport. Driver got in touch the day before to explain pickup. We arrived and messaged as required but had to wait an hour for the driver to arrive. This is not how I interpreted the ‘includes an hours wait’ from the advertising and really not ideal after 18 hours travelling!
Return transfer was flawless.
