Despite pre-booking.
It was extremely busy and overcrowded
The seating was too cramped.
I have used the Birmingham International Aspire before and the seating there is more adequately spaced out.
We were seated at a place without a plug and so unable to charge devices and was traveling with children.
Would not use this lounge again
