THe Holiday Extras booking procedure is always very straightforward and we have used them on numerous occasions flying from the South terminal.
This time was from the North terminal. Parking is easy enough once you find it but they need to improve the signage to find the Sofitel from the car park, which isn't the easiest in the dark.
The Sofitel Double Room was excellent, but our meal in the Terrace Bar was awful. Wrong order delivered, cold food and staff who were totally disinterested.
