A flaw with the booking process meant I paid twice and was offered vouchers instead of a refund. This is the reason why I probably won't use holiday extras again. Only after I had contacted my master card was I given a cash refund.
Airparks. Slow booking in process meant we were queueing on the roundabout. When in the car park we were directed to a man in a van who would show us where to park, we then had trouble finding the man as he wasn't in the van. Finally parked on a gravel surface so had to carry cases.
