I use Holiday Extras regularly in my holidays and the transfers always work just fine. This time however the local company sent me detailed instructions to meet the driver at the arrivals car park, which i followed but he wasn't there. Waited for 15 minutes and ended up having to call them, to find out the driver was somewhere else. He was a lovely guy and saved the day, but i suggest you stick to the usual practice of having the driver wait for you at arrival holding a sign with your name.
