The hotel was excellent and the parking was straightforward. Unfortunately, we chose the hotel so that we could use the transfer to Heathrow Terminal 5. However, the hotel no longer organised transfers so we had to pay for an expensive private taxi.
We were not clearly informed that the transfer no longer existed.
