My car was vandalised in the interior. When I opened the driver’s door after a tiring journey in the early hours I could see the illuminated black sport button was white. I immediately thought chewing gum but when inspected it had had the surface picked/scratched off. (I found the pickings in the driver and front passenger mats when I cleaned the car including bird poo and mud off the car the next day) I reported it immediately to the office. I was told to speak to the delivery driver which I did. He told me to e mail a photo customer services. Your web site does not display a customer service e mail option. After many “no reply” addresses, with the help of AI, I eventually found a “complaints” e mail address. I sent the photo to that twice, once with the photo and the second after cleaning the car. I await a reply as to what you propose to do but will be phoning soon as you phones should now be open ~ 60hrs after my car collection.
