The transfer from airport to hotel was quick and really good. However, can not say the same for the way back. We booked a premium shared shuttle and when we booked we were told transfer time was 20-30 mins. We were picked up half an hour late and then the driver went to about 5 other stops and was continuously going back on himself to get to each hotel, in total we got to the airport an hour and a half after our original pick up time. This was frustrating as the first transfer had been so good and we used them last year and never had this problem so hopefully was a one off.
