We usually have a great experience with parking at T5 but our plane was slightly late back and we ran to the bus stop and arrived at 23.50 to see a sign saying the last bus left at 11.45 pm. We then took a taxi at great expense to find a bus pulling on as we arrived. When I enquired I was told the last bus was at midnight. I said the sign said 11.45 - the man said that’s at terminal 2 so it’s midnight at Terminal 5. Why on earth doesn’t it say that on the sign at Terminal 5? We had tried to phone the phone number given 5 times whilst on the plane waiting for a gate and in the airport but it wasn’t answered except for saying don’t leave a message -what’s the point of the “on call” number?
This is a shame as we have previously been very happy with the service
