The car park has been moved, but sat nav alterations not publicised; signage is inadequate; it is a long, uphill walk to the terminal; the barrier did not open to let me out, and the first person to answer the intercom did nothing other than to say that I had to pay a further fee( I was within my pre-paid booking.) Only when I called back, and spoke to another member of staff, and quoted my booking reference, was the barrier raised to let me out.
