Pick up at the airport all as expected and we were delivered to our hotel with no problems at all. Very smooth.
Only a slight delay on the pick up at the hotel because the security at the gate wanted our room number to let the driver in, so maybe a message to us in advance would have helped and to further complicate matters the hotel has 2 sections and the driver went to the wrong section. All that being said the communication was great and it was resolved with only about a 10 minute delay and we would happily use holiday extras again.
