My flight was cancelled I tried to cancel on line but the website I couldn’t call until office hours and there was no live chat in the night. Therefore I had no option to cancel. Once I got a hold of Holiday Extras they said they could refund me as the parking time has passed. I tried to explain that they provided no option to cancel in the night so it wasn’t my fault and it was there’s as they didn’t provide that option. They still refused to refund the money. The issue has been taken to the ombudsman.
