Outward journey went very well, good comms on pick up and location from the airport was made clear. Return journey was a different story, I was worried I'd not had contact from the drivers the day before. On the morning of collection, still nothing, I checked with the local company who sub contracts for Holiday extras and they had no record of the booking. Upon reading back my confirmation email from the week before it showed a different date for my pick up! My flight time and number were clearly entered upon booking and still holiday extras put in the wrong day. How can the wrong day be added for my flight number and time? 10 people impatiently waiting for a minibus back to the airport does not leave a pleasant lasting experience. If it was myself and my partner I'd not be so embarrassed. I'd think twice about booking again based on this.
