I had no issues with the service. I was constantly updated before my holiday and as promised the driver made contact 24 hours before the trip. The driver arrived on time and as promised even though the driver had to be changed due to an issue with the vehicle. Again I was contacted 24 hours before we came home. I requested a change of pick up time which was accepted at no extra cost. Great service and Ill definitely use it again. Much cheaper as well compared to other transfer companies and local taxis.
