For the pick up the driver contacted me to let me know he was delayed by 10 mins, I was happy to know he was on his way. He was polite courteous friendlyand helped with our bags. On our return pick up the driver again contacted me to say where he was waiting for us. He was again friendly and polite and helped with our bags. Both drivers provided an excellent and safe transfer. Great service!
