The hotel room did not have views of the runway as stated we were put on a high level floor even though I contacted them direct and advised I had Rheumatoid arthritis also heart failure so walking is an issue for me if I’m in pain the whole reason .I booked this hotel to be near the airport also they have bath tubs which again helps with my pain. As I was travelling with my caregiver it had 2 beds in the room which is perfect. Only problem was no hot water . We advised reception of this they did try to fix it but had to move us to a higher floor still with no runway view but the room was much smaller and only a double bed a little awkward to say the least. I slept on the chair in the room. I did however have hot water to take a bath and easy the pain. When they moved us room they did not change the key so I was locked out the room again going to reception only to be told they had not updated the room change on their systemI was still listed as being in the first room. I had to call my care giver and wake him up to find out the room number. Not a good experience for a disabled person who has to be at the airport at 3.15am Kind Regards Margaret Green
