I booked the lounge yesterday for 1st July and have just noticed that double the money has gone out of my bank. Called them to be told I had made 2 identical bookings 😠when I didn’t they have a problem on their software system that’s double booking and now have to wait 5 days to get my money back they don’t give a dam.
