Airport hotel cancelled due to pandemic, holiday extras nowhere to be seen, all chats closed , no way of getting hold of them , jet2 have refunded holiday but HExtras awful company will never use again , showing their true colours in time of crisis
Worst of it is their app still tells me I’m going on a sunny holiday in 2 days time !!
