promised cash refund. Had email to confirm this . 58 days later and plenty of emails sent to Holiday Extra STILL NO REFUND. Appalling customer service. Have contacted CEO and he doesn’t care . Lost my job on furlough. Have bills to pay and unfortunately energy supply don’t take HE vouchers. They took my money quick enough, I not received the service I paid for so they have in theory robbed my money . Disgusting
