It’s horrible. It’s dated. It needs a deep clean and the housekeepers need sacking for leaving it in such a state. There was black mould in the kitchen bin. There were dirty bits in the utility drawer,dirty cups chipped cups, towel rail hanging off the wall, broken bin in the bathroom. No smoke alarm no carbon monoxide monitor. The list goes on.
