“Do not book with this company. We booked a holiday cottage through them and then found it was up for sale on Rightmove. We contacted them and they said all bookings would be honoured. We contacted estate agents who said bookings would be cancelled if the property sold. We contacted the company again and requested a refund on several occasions - out emails were ignored. Anyone who has booked this property are likely to find holiday cancelled at short notice and their holiday ruined. The company’s customer service is atrocious. Still waiting on our refund and will have to go through legal means to get it!”

“Wagon cottage is a great place if you want a quiet place to unwind and recharge your batteries. There are loads of places to visit within half an hour drive or just chill in the country side.”

“Lovely cottage equipped with everything you could possibly need, including towels for the hot tub. The only negative if that the cottage is cold and the thermostats were locked so there was no way of increasing the heat or advancing it”

“Bobby Lott cottage was Beautiful and it had everything we needed especially the Hot Tub. Steve our host went above and beyond we will definitely be back.”

“I have booked the cottage three times this year and have been very happy with the cottage and lovely location but when we arrived in November there was a problem with the internet and we had no heating, . No information on where the fuse box was so took some time to locate it. I have also suggested a grab rail at the top of the stairs but nothing has been done.”

“The cottage was very well insulated and cosy for a drizzly week in November. It was great for dogs - plenty of lanes and bridle paths from the door. The views were lovely, and provided a real break from living in a city. My only disappointment was the smart tv didn't have the free catch up apps such as Ch 4, ITVx etc. As the evenings were very long it meant terrestrial tv or iplayer.”

“Brilliant cottage, perfect location. Everything you need and more. Stunning views of the grounds, abundance of wildlife and we didn't see any but heard the owls every night. Black horse pub is amazing. Great people and the food is amazing. The church grounds are awesome, and you are a short drive from so many towns. Great walks locally, and can't recommend highly enough. We will definitely be back. Simply amazing.”

“It had everything you needed warmth cosy and welcoming as soon as you opened the door. Beautiful food basket and a bottle of wine with the necessities provided. Absolutely fabulous cottage and would highly recommend in a lovely quiet setting with beautiful view.”

“The Lodge at Old Orchard Cottage is a very comfortable place to stay. It is very well equipped - nothing is lacking. Owners are nearby, and very helpful. Beautifully clean, and some very helpful ‘extras’ provided. It is in a very convenient location, for Knaresborough and Harrogate, and also further afield. We hope to be back. Booking agency very efficient.”
