“We stayed in order that all the different parts of the family could meet up in Derbyshire. Croft Cottage was great- the outside space worked really well and there's plenty of parking. The cottage was spotless and everything worked. Sam was very helpful both before and afterwards. Highly recommended.”

“What a lovely little place Swallows Nest is! Everything was just perfect for us. Cleanliness was spot on. We had everything we needed for a restful stay. The owners were really lovely and welcoming. We couldn’t ask for anything better. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Thank you”

“We had a week's holiday in August 2025 at Dove Cottage at Carr Farm, to the south of Pickering, North Yorkshire. This was a very late booking when our first booked cottage was cancelled. There was plenty of parking space and a grassed lawn to sit in during the warm evenings. The kitchen was large and well equipped. A utility room with a washing machine and two toilets was an added bonus. The two double (or twin) beds were comfortable. Excellent.”

“This is a lovely, practical family home, with enough quality space for all, whether it's family dining, or somewhere quiet to read a book. The South facing back garden has beautiful views and is not overlooked. We have enjoyed many family holidays here, and Fieldfare and the wider Isle of Purbeck has never disappointed.”

“Good communication prior to and during our holiday. The house we rented was very well presented and thoroughly clean when we arrived. We reported a couple of issues to Holidaycottages during our stay and these were dealt with quickly and effectively.”

“A very useful website with good information and many photographs of the property we eventually used for our holiday in Charmouth. An easy booking process enabled us to make the booking and the follow up information from both Holiday Cottages and the property owner was equally very impressive.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Iken Barn, and used it as a great base for exploring Norfolk. The property is modern and spacious with nice outdoor seating areas. It backs onto the fields where we could see the deer. It's location is great being convenient for Norwich yet having a good country pub, village shop and local swimming pool within easy walking distance. We would happily stay here again.”

“The cottage is quaint, the views from first floor are good. however I did report a problem with the plumbing which went un answered. Also it is quite clears that no one reads the comments in the book provided.”

“We has the best time at Wagon Linney. The dining area was splendid and the kids had a great time viewing the outdoor area. It's very convenient for small groups and makes the holiday even more enjoyable. The only thing I could say would be there not being enough toilet roll and that there was no cleaning spray. Otherwise the stay was perfect and pleasant. Many thanks for the kind treatment.”

“Lovely little cabin, with exceptionally welcoming, caring and helpful hosts. (I did not arrive until nearly 9pm, because I'd had dinner with family in the area. Luci and Alan had been worrying about me for hours!) Interesting dog walks and the family's favourite pub just down the road!”

“We had 3 weeks in different cottages in the Lake District and in Scotland. Each of them was an individual jewel, well equipped and absolutely quiet. We enjoyed a great holiday with a minimum of paperwork.”
