When I was completing the booking I got interrupted so had to stop briefly & when I went back into the page it said that the date was no longer available however I could see that it was open to me. I continued with the firm & once I got confirmation details it had booked the week before. I immediately rang to explain & was informed I had to pay £75 admin fee to change the date, I explained that the error was with the booking form but was informed I still needed to pay the £75 admin charge to change the date. This was an additional cost for an error with the website & I rang straight away after receiving the email confirmation.

It was very easy to navigate the website and there were lots of properties to choose from. Booking with a deposit was simple and they advised when full payment was due. The whole process was very smooth. The property we chose was as described on the website and we were very happy with it. Customer services were very polite and helpful. All in all it was a pleasant experience!

Disappointing. Needs to be refurbished. Sash windows did not open properly. The outside of Harbour House needed a cleanup. On the plus side the sea views from the 1st and 2nd floor are amazing. Not so much though on the ground floor. Car parking was a plus. Tenby is a beautiful place with beaches, restaurants, shops and bars.

Very easy to use website and app, great selection of properties. Bookings are very easy to do and all info is sent in a timely manner. Star ratings on the site are representative of the properties. Used this site multiple times in the last few years for staycations and no complaints. Great customer service too if you have to ring up.

We absolutely loved the cottage itself. It’s such a peaceful setting. There was plenty of room and the garden was ideal for our grandson and dogs to run about. Cumbria is a beautiful part of the world. The only downside was that the cleanliness in the kitchen wasn’t brilliant (dirty utensils in drawer, glasses and cups in the cupboard that weren’t clean). There was an opened pot of jam on the worktop which was also not clean. Luckily I had my flash wipes with me and we just thought the housekeepers must have had a bad day! Also there was no welcome pack which was a wee bit disappointing for a house in this price point. None of this spoiled our holiday but it did take a bit of the shine off it at the start when I had to clean the kitchen before I used it. Recommend the Old Kings Arms for food, a sail on Coniston Water, a trip on the Haverthwaite railway and definitely go to Ulverston for a visit to the Laurel & Hardy Museum.

The smell of damp hit us as soon as you walked through the door, with a note to use the dehumidifier that was in the bedroom, but really the whole house needed it! We booked a place with 2 showers because that is what was needed, another note telling us the shower was broken We expected as it’s a bungalow the floors would be the same level, this wasn’t the case which was difficult for elderly parents The garden area was initially inaccessible as was very overgrown with nettles, and probably higweed which left. Path burn in my ankle which still isn’t healed And finally the owners store lots of personal stuff there which reduces space available, very brusque notes saying to leave alone

Third visit with Holiday Cottages. Easily booked. Plenty of information and everything ideal for purpose. We don’t go far as we are elderly but ideal for the more mobile as well. Plenty of interesting walks and excursions.

Honey pot cottage Weymouth Honey pot cottage Weymouth. Awful Shouldn’t be rented. It was very unsafe probably wouldn’t pass Gas Safe the cooker had no symbols on the front so you couldn’t tell if the cook was on or off. And the ignition didn't work so you had to lean over it and listen and smell before using a camping gas igniter. The glass shower screen on the bath was not properly attached so when you climbed into the shower you couldn’t touch it. We left the Honeypot cottage Weymouth Following day. And complained to Holiday cottage’s co . Uk. And sent numerous emails and tel calls. They just said the owner would not refund you anything and Tuff really . We could take it further but they are such a Bad company th deal with. They obviously just want the owners cut of the money. Which they seem to have forgotten comes from us. It was not a cheap holiday cottage and we have had many great cottages over the last 4 years. We are walking the coast path. So all we can do is to write awful reviews everywhere and hope it hits there pockets as they hit our .

It's our 3rd time back , this time 2 weeks in June and love it. We are thi king of booking again but a few things need to be altered due to cost of a 3 week break. No outside table or chairs to eat, no sun lounges . Settee seats needs re foaming as its not supportive . Pillows need replacing and no iron or iron board. Get these sorted we book again for June 2027 but we need updating before we book again. However absolutely love the place

Lovely cottage in a lovely place, unfortunately we were only told about the building work taken place right next door a couple days earlier than we arrived. Starting 7am to 4 pm couldn’t open windows or sit outdoors to enjoy our holiday , plus our dog would not settle for the noise of the building and machinery, vehicles coming.

Sea spray Brixham Property looked untidy from the outside. There was a musty smell inside. The cleanliness of the property was quite poor. The dining chairs were stained and had covers over them. The dining table was so sticky you had a job moving the place mats. The bed sofa in the snug was dirty crumbs everywhere. Steps were a tripping hazard. Recycling bins not clearly labelled. Down stairs shower kept dripping. Outside furniture in a poor state. Strong horrible smell in utility. A parasol outside would have been very useful in the heat. The only good point was the view. The property was no where near a four star, just about two star. The photos of the property did not represent what it was actually like. The property was quite tired and in need of decorating. We were very disappointed.

Easy to book. It was a lovely property. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was quiet and peaceful. Good directions to the property and accurate description of the accommodation. A perfect retreat to return to after exploring a beautiful part of Wales.

Easy to book and the pictures and description of the cottage were accurate. Spent a wonderful week in Cornwall slept great every night in a very comfortable bed. The views from the patio for breakfast were excellent. Thoroughly recommend this cottage to any future guests.
