“This was the first time that we had booked a holiday through holidaycottages and it was a very easy process. Everything was made clear and help was available if needed. Our 2 week stay in Cornwall was excellent. The place where we stayed was as we expected and there were no problems at all. Based on our experience we would recommend holidaycottages.”

“We stayed at the beautiful Fearnoch Farmhouse for 1 week in May 2026 with two dogs. A gorgeous house tucked away in the peaceful countryside with stunning views of Loch Fyne. Safe enclosed back garden for our two dogs and plenty of space for all of the family. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and games room was a great bonus to keep everyone entertained. Location is great for exploring the local area including stunning beaches and areas like Portvadie and Tarbert for day trip by boat. We had a fabulous family holiday, making great memories and would definitely return.”

“We have booked with holidaycottages several times and have never been disappointed with the accommodation. The website gives clear information and the booking process is very easy especially when using the app. The descriptions and photos really help us to make a good choice for our large dog and all the cottage’s have been well stocked and clean with all the utensils we could need”

“The website is clearly structured, booking easy and the accommodation descriptions ary very accurate. We spent a wonderful week at Dorset Hollow. It was very clean, and we had everything we needed. The house is wonderfully cozy and spacious. The location is perfect fo exploring the area, with some hikes right from the doorstep.”

“You made happy because booking was so simple,the choice and quality of the cottages on offer was great too. The Garden Cottage at Wellingham was superb....it had everything we neededfor a comfortable peaceful stay.....and a garden to die for !!!”

“Judiths House was furnished to a very high standard. Set in a very private area. The walk to the village was a very easy 20 minutes and the pub was perfect. We saw hares and deer and lots of different birds Amble was only a short drive away with lovely places to eat. Highly recommended , we will return.”

“We prefer to holiday in this country, and almost always stay in a self-catering cottage, for a fortnight's duration. It enables us to relax and unwind, and recharge our batteries. Having booked with other holiday companies, we have found that the photographs shown on their web-sites have been enhanced and nothing like what they are actually are in reality. The cottage that we booked through holidaycottages.co.uk was exactly what was shown in their photographs, and a honest description given - it was cosy, comfortable and clean. We so enjoyed staying there. Many thanks.”

“Our 3rd stay at Barrow Hollin - stunning home and location. It is 5 star , with attention to detail , comfy beds and sofas and fabulous garden . It is truely a home from home . Thank you Sara and Simon for maintaining the quality and that includes the beautiful Bath House products and proper welcome hamper .”
