Use with caution!
Booked a holiday but within minutes realised I’d put the wrong dates. Called customer service to be told the dates I want are unavailable and I have to pay them £75 admin charge to cancel - it was literally a few minutes between booking and calling.
A typo will cost you £75! However they initially wanted to charge me for the whole holiday.. book with accuracy and caution
