Due to unforseen family events we have had to cancel our holiday which was booked for the end of August. We have been told the owner wishes to keep all of the deposit £800 just because they can.
Find it very hard to believe that the Lookout - Sandown, Isle of Wight will struggle to rent at the peak time in August. Particularly as we have given three months notice.
This is practically theft.
