The cottage was lovely and in a quiet location with a large private garden. The location is ideal for visiting all parts of North Norfolk and beyond. Owner was very helpful and contacted us to advise on turning the heating up when a cold spell was expected. A security deposit was a condition of the booking and the terms were it would be returned within seven working days after the end of the holiday. For our booking the agency retained the deposit for the full seven working days (eleven calendar days). There is no need for them to withhold reimbursement of the deposit for so long.
