Booking process straightforward, site easy to negotiate. Shame what was once a beautiful garden was neglected, with well established weeds growing up through the patio and stone planters, bucket of ashes from the wood burner, over grown shrubs pulling trellis off the walls etc. Alan came to mow the overgrown lawn on our 3rd morning, leaving grass clippings for our digs to trample in the house. Issues with recycling bins (lack of emptying from previous renters and missing bins) resulted in us bringing our recycling home! Contact person did explain that new bins had been ordered. House was lovely and well equipped.
