The cottage was exactly as described and ideal for our needs. It was absolutely spotless and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. The Welcome Pack was definitely 'welcome' as we had forgotten to bring teabags and coffee with us! The biscuits were beautiful and we bought some at Hamish's Farm Shop to bring home with us. The milk was greatly received too as it meant we didn't need to rush out to go shopping. We loved watching the little deer in the field at the back and the wren that visited the veranda a few times. There was no problem making contact with the owner when we needed to (we used text) as they came back with a speedy reply. We're not sure about future holiday plans at the moment, but would certainly be happy to stay at 'Spot' again if we decide to go in that direction.
