This is the second visit using Holiday cottages. The booking site is easy to use and manage online. The locations and descriptions of the cottages were spot on. Updates and e mails were timely. We had to reschedule due to family accident and new dates were accepted and the holiday transferred, but the admin fee to do this was excessive, in my opinion, as it only required a computer input in the system and took less than 5 minutes. It was in the terms and conditions so not a suprise. I will use Holiday Cottages again on our next trip.
