Lantern view was in a lovely position in Whitley bay and well presented house. However the lack of any welcome pack whatsoever made us feel ‘unwelcome’. Some basic maintenance was also needed, e.g difficult to open doors, full rubbish bins and leftover items not taken away by cleaners from previous guests.
Sadly this left us with not feeling valued customers. Should be at the top of any holiday house owners list.
