they were helpful answered questions quickly, cottage was as described, only problem was not told that access to property was not for anybody with disability, I had arm in plaster, the walk round to the entrance was a bit difficult, then steps up to flat were not the best, we would have thought twice if this had been mentioned, holiday cottages should have known this, anybody with walking difficulties would not be able to access this property.
