I would give zero stars if I could for… I would give zero stars if I could for human empathy My husband (34) who has Motor Neurone disease found out that he now has to have an operation to insert a feeding tube-PEG the same dates as a booking we made with this company through Air B&B , we asked if we could move the booking to end of September as we understood that there wasn’t any refundable options , hoping the host had a heart and would do it discretionary given our circumstances, but no … pretty awful really, so now on top of our horrendous situation we are now £1500 out of pocket , which now stops us from booking any more breaks to make memories whilst we can because this company is heartless .
