The cottage was fabulous but for holiday cottages to take 13 days to return the deposit was ridiculous. It starts on your website it is 7 working days and when I contacted you the reply email then said 10 working days. Also there is no phone number to be found to have queries answered.
There is a good selection of cottages and ours was perfect.
