Easy booking process. Like the fact that you can pay in two instalments. Good communication before the stay.
However, after the stay I sent detailed feedback on issues with the property that I had stayed at - but did not get any response from holidaycottages.co.uk (which is why I can only score a 3, the after-service needs to be improved)
