Easy booking / payment process and friendly service, which felt personalised. When we had to amend our booking to reflect the passing of our dog the agent sent a lovely sympathetic comment as part of the confirmation of the amendment. And .. the cottage we used at Coity View, Blaenavon, was perfect for our needs in every way. Would use Holiday Cottages again with confidence
