Very spacious and was a awesome venue. We had a party of sixteen and we had the cottage next door as well, the weather was awesome which helped as it was a bit echoey indoors with everyone talking. The mattress we had was a bit uncomfortable (upstairs first bedroom) But venue was very clean and very well equipped and we an awesome time and we would recommend to any large parties
