I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Knowhead View and couldn't have asked for better. Whilst the cottage was fabulous, I was less impressed with Holiday Cottages. I wrongly selected the wrong dates for the holiday. My actual dates were available at the time and when I asked for them to be amended I was quoted a £70 amendment charge. I do realise that the initial error was my own fault I thought this was extreme charge for the click of a few buttons. Needless to say I left my dates as they were. I thought this was probably not in the owners best interest as amending my dates would have given them a full week to offer to someone else instead of leaving them with a split week. Very excessive charges for very little work. This will not put me off using your services again, but it will probably make me wary.
