smooth booking process and friendly staff. The cottage we booked was much smaller than it looked on the photos as was the secure garden, and it was directly on a very busy public throughfare - horses, off lead and on lead dogs and pedestrians and cars. This would have affected us booking it in the first place.

We would still use holidaycottages but maybe need to speak to ann advisor as well as just online.
