I was initially disappointment for not being able to get through on the phone despite trying many times. However the Company got in touch with me later, as my number flashed up on their system to apologise for their failure to answer my call. The Rep.( Lily Sakar) was not just apologetic but very courteous, patient and well mannered. She understood my requirement and tailored the package to my satisfaction.
