HI been dealing with Finn Gresty over the last couple of days and would like to thank her for sorting out a few issues with the rooms upon booking confirmation received all the paperwork through this morning and the service we have received has been excellent lets hope we get the suite upgrade we have requested once again many thanks for your efforts
